At Lulu's Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn't work out, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit subject to the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, and damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Lulu's Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, we are happy to offer an exchange if the requested item is currently in stock.

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed due to limited inventory and high-demand products.

If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

Store Credit

Approved returns that cannot be exchanged will receive a Lulu's Boutique Store Credit for the original purchase price of the returned item.

  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit may be used on any future purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lulu's Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at lulusboutique.eses@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to make it right.
